When complete, we will prepare a detailed and extensive list of recommendations, all styled in a presentation format for your review.  We will even present to you or your board, if necessary.

Due Diligence:

The Security industry is going through a lot of consolidation and purchases throughout the market place in almost every location in the country.  Texas Honor can help you in these acquisitions using our experience in the marketplace.  We will review the SGA (Sales, General, Accounting) costs of the target company and calculate the current overhead which can be saved through an acquisition, with EBIT (Earnings before Interest and Taxes) gains when the acquisition closes.  We will prepare a detailed, thorough, and formidable presentation report to assist you or your board in making decisions in this manner.  We will even present to you or your board, if necessary.
