Physical Security covers a wide range of security techniques and practices. Physical security is just that...physical (tangible) methods to improve your safety and security. This covers everything from fencing, lighting, construction methods, landscaping, detection methods, electronic security systems, locking hardware, visitor management systems, and everything in between. We review and assist in developing vulnerability and threat identification, risk measurement, loss potential, crime prediction, insurance requirements, response planning, and business continuity planning.
We have three simple methods to contact us. You can use email, our contact form, or give us a call. Please visit our "contact us" section on this website.
There are literally hundreds of security system companies just in the state of Texas alone. Some are local, some are regional, and some are nationwide. Within those groups, some are great at residential while others focus on Industrial, Commercial, or Healthcare. Texas Honor can help you identify good solid companies that are financially strong and have a local presence to service you when you need them.
This is one challenge the security systems industry has faced for a long time. Manufactures have dealers. Only authorized dealers can sell or service each manufactures products. This presents a problem when it comes to getting exactly what is necessary for potential buyers as one company may have access to one item, but they do not have access to other items. Manufactures will work with all security consultants. Texas Honor can help you locate the products you need and navigate this tough road.
We have good news. The State of Texas requires that all security companies and personnel (this would include sales representatives, installers, service technicians, and managers) be licensed by the State. The Private Security Bureau is managed by the Texas Department of Public Safety. And in Texas, they make it easy to check. You can surf over to the Department of Public safety website at www.txdps.state.tx.us and click on "private security' to check any company or person you wish. Remember, all security personnel are required to have a pocket card identifying them as licensed by the state. You are NOT outside of your boundaries in asking to see this card, and we highly recommend you check this.
Our rates vary dramatically depending on the type of service you need. We offer hourly, cost plus, and lump sum bid rates. For continued clients, we even offer reduced rates. Drop us an email or call us. We offer the initial consultation absolutely free. You might be surprised at how little an investment might help protect you, your company, or your family.
Not always...and we will certainly let you know that up front. The security industry is full of good, quality consultants. Each consultant has their own expertise and specialty field. If we do not cover your size or market, we will let you know that right up front and refer you to a few other great consultants close by. Back to Top | |
